It’s about that time again… Yep, Back to School. A hectic time not only for parents, but for Teachers as well. Good news! I’m here to help out with these Super Easy Back to School Teacher Contact Information printables.

I’ve come up with another (unique/interesting) way to use the oh, so popular Birthday Party Invitations page on ActivitiesForKids.com.
Teachers can use the Activities For Kids invitation page for Back to School Printable pages including Teacher contact information or request of information from parents.
Creating the Information Cards
Go to the Party Invitations for Kids page and follow the simple online instructions. You’ll have all the cards you need in a matter of minutes.
You can enter in up to 5 lines of text for the cards. By using a combination of text and the underscore key (shift dash) you can add blank lines to the card which children can fill out with family contact information for the teacher’s use. Select one of the available classroom images for the top of the card and a coordinating color for the text and border of the card. Each page will make three printable cards that can be cut apart. Print as many pages as you need for your classroom.
What to Include on the Information Cards
On the Teacher information cards, include information like you would find on a business card:
- Teacher’s name, phone number and either personal or school email address.
- School information, including address and class room number.
- Days, times of teacher availability
- Any websites used by the school for homework or important information.
On the request information from parents information cards, you may want to ask for the following:
- Student’s Name, nickname.
- Parent or guardian’s name.
- Home or cell phone number of parent or guardian.
- Special notes, allergies, concerns
More Uses for the Party Information Page
Use the custom invitations to create Open House and classroom party invitations for children and parents. This is also a good way to create classroom no-homework coupons for students.
