This is a simple way to decorate the classroom where each child can create their own Star Sticker Vote Banner for November elections or any classroom election theme. Kids love stickers and this simple patriotic activity combines learning along with creativity. The word ‘VOTE’ is spelled out in capitals letters. Once the banners are cut apart, all children need to do is affix stars where indicated. This activity is easy enough for preschoolers, but will also be a hit with older kids. Pick up a couple of inexpensive star sticker packs for your class. Use a combination of star stickers or stay with just one color.

Putting the Star Sticker Vote Banner Together
Start out by printing out the Printable Vote Banner. These banners will print two per page and can be printed on colored printer paper or construction paper. For this example, I used white paper and red paper.
Cut the two banners apart, giving one to each child. Older children should be able to cut the banners apart by themselves.
Place the star stickers where indicated on the printout. Children can use a combination of colors or stay with one color as I have done with the red banner. Occasionally, the stickers don’t stay put, therefore you may need to press in place with a heavy object. Sometimes the Dollar Tree stickers don’t adhere as well, especially on construction paper.
