MATERIALS:
- Scissors
- Glue – optional
- Crayons or markers
- Colored printer paper – or white will work
- Templates for the placemat left side, right side and Happy Halloween pumpkin design center coloring page.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Print the templates for left side, right side and Happy Halloween pumpkin design center.
- Either cut or overlap the left and right sides of the placemat so that a circle is formed for the plate.
- Tape or glue together.
- Cut out the Happy Halloween circle for the decorative center and glue over the circle section for the plate on the placemat.
