- 2 Solo Brand 9oz clear plastic cups for each candy corn cup
- pencil
- Paper – white, orange and yellow
- Scissors
- Craft glue
- Tape
- Cup insert template
- Candy and treats to include in the cups

Start by printing out the Cup insert template on white printer paper and cut it out as shown.
Next, print out the template again on orange and yellow paper. If you are working with a group, it might be easier and more cost effective to print out a pattern for the children to trace on orange and yellow paper (that way an entire sheet of paper is not used up for the smaller sections).
With a small amount of glue, attach the orange paper to the white and then the yellow to the orange.
Place the paper into one of the Solo plastic cups.
Insert a second Solo cup into the first so that the paper is in between the two cups.
Fill the cup with Halloween goodies.
To make the cups more secure, put a dot of glue (glue gun works best) into the bottom of the first cup so that the cups stay together. A piece of scotch tape can also be used to hold the paper in place.
