This is an easy recipe for older children that have minimal cooking skills – requires minimal adult supervision.
INGREDIENTS:
- Precooked Meatballs
- Uncooked spaghetti
- Sauce – use your family’s favorite
DIRECTIONS:
- Allow meatballs to thaw – about 1 hour should do it.
- Put a pot of water on the stove to boil.
- Break the uncooked spaghetti in half so that each strand is around 4″ long.
- Push the uncooked pasta all the way through the center section of the meatball so that an equal amount of pasta comes out on each side.
- Gently place the meatball and pasta combination into the boiling water.
- Cook according to the package directions for the pasta.
- Drain the spaghetti-meatballs and serve hot with your favorite prepared sauce.
SUGGESTIONS:
- This is a fun appetizer for a kid’s party. Serve a side of sauce and let the children dip the Spaghetti-meatballs into it.
