Valentine Coupon Book

Free printable Valentine Coupon Book for kids to make.  Select a picture then enter in the words for the coupons.  Simple and inexpensive Valentine Craft!  Also available for Mother's Day and Father's Day.
A Valentine coupon book is a very thoughtful way for children to share a gift with their parents or grandparents. Instead of giving purchased gifts, a coupon book teaches the child to give the gift of themselves. Offering to do chores without being asked or doing a special task for someone else.
Let children be creative when coming up with ideas on what they would like to add to their Valentine coupon book. There are several Valentine’s Day designs to choose from Select a design and enter your own text for the coupons. Print as many pages as you would like for the coupon book.
MATERIALS:
  • Scissors
  • Crayons or markers
  • White paper or pastel colored paper. Pastel colored cardstock paper works best for the first and last pages of the coupon book. Use white paper for the coupon pages inside the book.
  • Fastener for the book – shown here are curling ribbon, yarn and gold brads.
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Select the Printable Coupon Books page.
  2. Follow the instructions on this page by selecting a Valentine’s Day design (full color image or an image that can be colored in by the child.) Select the desired color for the text font and coupon border.  Enter in  the text for the first three pages.  Note:  If you are printing this out for a group, you may want to print all the front covers at one time so that they can use a different color of paper.
  3. Select the print option from your browser.
  4. You can have as many pages as you choose for each coupon book, simply press the back button from your browser and enter in different text for the next three pages.
SUGGESTIONS:

For older children who wish to enter in their own coupons, use the underscore key or dashes to create coupons with blank lines.
