Holiday Ornament Cards to Print and Decorate

A printout of simple Holiday Ornament Cards that any age child (or adult) can make. Easy enough for a preschool group project, but cute enough that older children will also enjoy making them. For the inside of the note card, either include a holiday greeting or use as thank-you notes. Children can even put a stack together include envelopes and give as a gift to grandma or grandpa.

This free printable activity includes two different sizes for the cards: 3.75″ x 4.75″ and 3″ x 4.5″ which will fit in a standard size envelope. Both sizes of cards will print 2 per page. A link for where to purchase envelopes and green printer paper is listed below.

Making the Holiday Ornament Cards

  • Printable PDF for the Ornaments Card smaller size 3″ x 4.5″
  • Printable PDF for the Ornaments Card larger size 3.75″ x 4.75″
  • Craft glue
  • Scissors
  • Sequins, rhinestones or other embellishments of different sizes and colors
  • Green printer paper

The best price and fit of envelopes I have found are at Amazon at less than $9 for 100. Need green printer paper? (See Amazon disclosure below.)

Select and print the PDF for either the smaller Ornament Card or larger Ornament Card and print on green printer paper. You could use other colors of printer paper, but I found that green paper looks the best.

Place a dot of glue about 1/4″ below each of the black ornament holders and add a sequin or other embellishment. Give each card about 15 minutes to completely dry.

Once dry, fold on the line to create the cards. This is So Simple! You’ll have a stack of these cards made in a matter of minutes!

I’m just starting to put together TikTok videos (patience please) but I hope you enjoy 🙂

Another Option: Children can use colorful finger prints instead of the sequins for the ornaments.
