Microwave Halloween Smores

Orange marshmallow pumpkin ‘peeps’ put a new spin on traditional s’mores that are easy to cook in the microwave.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Graham cracker split in half
  • Halloween marshmallow ‘peep’
  • Snack-sized chocolate bar

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Layer 1/2 of the graham cracker, the chocolate bar (you may need to break it apart and position the chocolate around the graham cracker) and an orange, pumpkin marshmallow ‘peep’.
  2. On a microwave safe dish, microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Remove from microwave and place the remaining 1/2 of graham cracker on top – then lightly press down.  The melted marshmallow and chocolate will hold the top graham cracker in place.
