Description:
Teach table setting skills to children while creating colorful placemats for
holidays and celebrations.
Materials needed for Children’s Placemat:
- White paper or colored paper. Construction paper or cardstock paper can also be used.
- Templates for left side, right side
- Choose coloring page for center (optional) - Birthday Cake, Birthday Balloons, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween Pumpkin, Thanksgiving Turkey, Christmas Wreath, Hanukkah Candles
Directions for Children’s Placemat:
- Print the templates for left side, right side.
- Either cut or overlap the left and right sides of the placemat so that a circle if formed for the plate.
- Tape or glue together.
- Cut out the design for the center (listed above) and glue over the circle section for the plate on the placemat.
