3 Ingredient Cherry Cobbler

Super easy cherry cobbler recipe using ingredients that you already have on hand.  Recipe at ActivitiesForKids.com #easyrecipes
Only 3 ingredients!
It’s easy to keep the ingredients on hand for this crowd pleaser. Great to take to a pot luck, classroom meeting and pretty enough for Valentine’s Day. Easy recipe for older children to assemble.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 White cake mix
  • 1 Stick of butter
  • 20 oz can of Cherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Melt the stick of butter in a medium size glass bowl in the microwave. Be sure to cover with a paper towel to avoid splatters.
  3. Empty the cake mix into the bowl with the butter and mix together. Mixture should be crumbly.
  4. Open the can of cherry pie filling and empty into a glass pie dish. You could use metal, but the glass looks prettier.
  5. Using your hands, crumble the cake mix, butter mixture over the top of the cherries.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes or until the pie filling is bubbling to the top and the topping has turned to a light brown.
  7. Let cool for about 15 minutes and serve warm with ice cream:)
